6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling

In addition to what is described below, the Company may entrust the handling of acquired personal information to third parties to achieve the purpose of use. In the event of a request from the User regarding their personal information for disclosure, correction/addition/deletion, suspension of use/erasure, suspension of third-party provision, or notification of purpose of use, the Company will respond in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act after confirming that the requester is the User themselves using a certificate issued by a public agency (copy of My Number Card (front side), Driver's License, Health Insurance Card, or Passport).

However, we may not be able to respond to the request if it does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Information Protection Act, or if there are grounds for refusing disclosure, etc., under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

For requests for disclosure of personal information or notification of the purpose of use, a fee of 1,000 JPY will be charged per request. Please enclose a fixed-amount postal money order for that amount when mailing the request documents.
